Abstract
An alignment mark,K is formed by a through hole in an opaque circuit substrate,. An alignment mark,I of an IC chip,is photographed by a CCD camera, through the alignment mark hole,K, and the position of the IC chip,is adjusted so that the IC side alignment mark,I is in the prescribed positional relationship to the substrate side alignment mark hole,K. Then, the IC chip,is adhered to the circuit substrate, using the adhesive such as ACF,, etc. Both alignment marks,I and,K can be simultaneously photographed by one photograph of the camera,, and the alignment can be continuously performed.
