Abstract
The present invention provides novel uses of the compounds of general formula (I) wherein R,is hydrogen, alkyl or cycloalkyl; R,is hydrogen or R,together with R,represents a bridge; R,is hydroxy or alkoxy; R,, R,, R,independently repent hydrogen, trifluoromethyl, halogen or alkyl; or R,together with R,represents a bridge, or R,together with R,represents a bridge the bridge in both cases being chosen among —O—CH,—CH,—, —O—CH,—CH,—CH,—, —O—CH═CH—, —CH,—CH,—CH,—, —CH,—CH═CH— or —CH,—CH,—CH,—CH,—; R,is hydrogen, halogen or alkyl; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for the manufacture of a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of sleep disorders and/or sleep disturbances.
