Abstract
The preset reception time and reception message type are stored in a storage section,A reception monitor section,checks whether or not a message arrives at the reception time. If lost paging or a reception mistake occurs and the message does not arrive, a notification section,or a display section,is used to inform the user of the fact. The user can take steps of making a request for resending the message, etc.
