An optical-fiber-amplifier measuring apparatus includes: a light source,for measuring various characteristics of an optical fiber amplifier,to be measured; an acoustooptic modulator,for modulating an optical signal inputted from the light source,to the optical fiber amplifier,to be measured; a light source,for setting the optical fiber amplifier,to be measured in a saturated state; and an acoustooptic modulator,for modulating an optical signal inputted from the light source,to the optical fiber amplifier,to be measured.
