Abstract
An external skin-care composition comprising (A) a low-strength agar having a jelly strength of 250 g/cm,or lower as measured at an agar concentration of 1.5 wt. %; (B) a water-soluble polymer; (C) a cooling agent; and (D) water. The external skin-care composition has a high cooling effect, a feeling of coolness and excellent stability.
