Abstract
A polytetrafluoroethylene powder having an average particle size of at most 200 &mgr;m is stirred and granulated in a 2 phase liquid medium comprising water and perfluoroalkyl alkyl ether, to obtain a granulated powder of polytetrafluoroethylene.
