Abstract

When a magnet cover,is press-fitted into the inner peripheral surfaces of magnets, annularly arranged on the inner peripheral surface of a hollow cylindrical yoke, having at an end thereof a closure wall, the magnets, are arranged peripherally at regular intervals on the outer peripheral surface of the magnet cover, that is supported by the lower die,The yoke,is held by the upper die,and arranged coaxially relative to the magnet cover, with open end, directed to the magnet cover,As the upper die,and the lower die,are closed relative to each other, the magnets, and the magnet cover, are press-fitted into the yoke,as the outer peripheral surfaces,of the magnets, are pressed by the inner peripheral surface of the yoke,Thus, the magnets, are rigidly secured to the yoke, without arranging a through hole in the closure wall,of the yoke. Since magnets, and the magnet cover, can be press-fitted into the yoke, without boring a through hole in the closure wall,of the yoke, the process of filling the through hole after assembling the motor can be omitted to reduce the cost of manufacturing the motor.
