Abstract

The invention relates to the fastening of incandescent coil filaments to current lead-in wires in electric lamps. One end (,) of the current lead-in wires is flattened and U-shaped. The U-shaped segment (,) of the current lead-in wire forms a gap-like seat (,) for a coiled incandescent coil-filament end (,), the gap width of which is smaller than the outside diameter of the incandescent coil-filament end (,).
