Abstract

In a wheel drive with a radial-piston motor (,) and a planet gear (,) a wheel hub (,) being placed on a wheel hub support (,) by means of wheel bearings (,). The wheel hub support (,) can be joined to a transmission connector (,) in a single piece and is fastened to a vehicle chassis support. A dog tooth brake (,) is located on the side of the wheel drive facing the vehicle and serves as parking brake. In a cover (,) for a hydraulic connection of the radial-piston motor (,) are integrated valves for control of the radial-piston motor (,) and of the brake (,). Short lines and delay times occur as result. The cover (,) contains inter alia a brake valve (,) for a hydraulic brake function and a displacement change-over valve (,) enabling certain cylinders (,) of the radial-piston motor (,) to be switched on or off.
