Abstract

The invention relates to a measuring system which measures the function of the heart from the user's body non-invasively. The measuring system comprises at least one functional unit which may be a transmitter unit attached particularly around the user's chest or a receiver unit worn on the wrist. The functional unit performs several functions by means of one of its induction coils (,): data transmission between two functional units, controlling of a sound signalling device (,), controlling of a light source (,) and charging of the power source.
