A semiconductor device comprises an output circuit,for flowing out a source current IH or flowing in a sink current IL depending on an input signal AO and an output enable signal OE, a source current auxiliary circuit,and a sink current auxiliary circuit,The circuit,comprises a capacitor C,connected so that the capacitor C,can be charged through a transistor SW,and a resistor R,and a transfer gate T,connected between a higher-potential-side electrode of the capacitor C,and the output,the device. The sink current auxiliary circuit,comprises a capacitor C,connected so that the capacitor C,can discharge through a resistor R,and a transistor SW,and a transfer gate T,connected between a higher-potential-side electrode of the capacitor C,and the output,of the device.
