Abstract
A peptide having the structure of the p277 sequence of hsp60 in which one or both cysteine residues are replaced by valine residues and/or in which the Thr,residue is replaced by Lys, has substantially the same biological activity as p277 but with substantially improved stability. The novel p277 analogues may be used for every purpose that p277 can be used.
