Abstract

The invention relates to a novel process for producing novel extracts of,leaves. The invention further relates to a process which produces novel extracts of,with an increased amount of one of the major lactones and having an improved biological activity. Further, the disclosed process allows for a controlled method to produce a desired ratio of flavone glycosides to lactones in the end product. The invention also discloses new extracts from,, particularly for oral application.
