Abstract
Since conventionally the chip seal, and the metallic blade spring, have been formed separately, assembly efficiency has been poor (for example when the chip seal,is inserted, the metallic blade spring, detaches and falls out) which lowers productivity. As a result, the cross sectional shape of the chip seal, which pushes against the rotor 13 is made in the shape of a letter L.
