Abstract

Methods of treating,pneumonia comprise administering a therapeutically effective amount of a dicationic dibenzofuran compound described by Formula (I). Methods of treating,pneumonia also comprise administering a therapeutically effective amount of a dicationic dibenzothiophene compound described by Formula (II).
