Abstract

The invention is characterised in that the joining piece (,) is provided with an inner skirt (,) with its outer wall having a globally truncated profile, such that, when the joining piece (,) is forcefully pushed down, said inner skirt (,) causes the median parts of the necks (,and,) to expand at their circumference, thus widening the ends of said necks.
