Abstract
Apparatus, namely folding turret (,), for producing (cigarette) packs (,), in the case of which a blank, in particular an outer paper blank (,), has folding tabs, namely side tabs (,), which are connected to one another by spots of glue (,). The spots of glue (,) are transferred onto the side tab (,) by glue nozzles (,), the guidance of the movement path of the packs (,) relative to the glue nozzles (,) being such that, following a portion of glue (,) for the spot of glue (,), unwanted portions (,) emerging from the glue nozzle (,) are intercepted by the radially inner side tab (,). For this purpose, said radially inner side tab may be formed so as to be in an oblique position.
