Abstract
A threaded connection for easily deformable thin-walled pipes (,) has a connecting member (,) with a cylindrical receiving bore (,) accommodating the pipe (,) and an outer thread (,). A nut (,) is provided with an inner thread (,) which is threaded onto the outer thread (,). The nut (,) has a through-bore (,) for the pipe (,) and a conical bore (,) which widens towards the connecting member (,). The pipe (,), at a distance from its end face (,), has a bulge (,) which is held in a clamped-in condition between the conical bore (,) and a conical supporting face (,) of a separate supporting ring (,). To limit the tightening movement, the supporting ring (,) has a stop face (,) against which the conical bore (,) comes to rest when the nut (,) is tightened. A holding face (,) on the supporting ring (,) is supported against the end face (,) of the connecting member (,). This design achieves advantageous supporting conditions, with the process of tightening the nut (,) remaining unaffected by the radial forces resulting from the axial tensioning force.
