Abstract

The invention relates to a plastic nut having a receiving bore into which a self-tapping screw can be screwed, it being the case that the receiving bore forms a through-passage region and has an adjoining, narrower region which has a diameter which allows the self-tapping screw to be screwed in, the receiving bore forming one or more steps at its transition to its narrower region via thread-like slope.
