Abstract
A dye composition has the formula: ##STR1## where R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are the same or different and are selected from (A) C.sub.2 -C.sub.12 alkyloxyalkyl, and (B) C.sub.9-12 alkyl, (A) comprising from about 30 to 80 mole % of the R groups, (B) comprising 20 to about 70 mole % of the R groups. The dye composition is useful as a fluorescent tracer in refrigerant lubricants of the polyol ester types used in non-Freon refrigerants.
