Abstract
The invention provides novel methods for modulating apoptosis in eukaryotic cells using peptides and proteins derived from p33.sup.ING1 or oligonucleotides derived from the ING1 gene. The invention also provides method of determining the apoptotic characteristic of a eukaryotic cell.
