Abstract
A cryogenic rectification method wherein both nitrogen gas and liquid are efficiently produced from air employing one or two columns wherein refrigeration to drive the cryogenic separation is provided by a, preferably closed loop, multicomponent refrigerant fluid refrigeration circuit.
