Abstract
The present invention provides new pyrimidinone derivative encompassed by the formula: ##STR1## wherein, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6, R.sup.7 and G are as defined in the specification. The pyrimidinone derivatives exhibit excellent herbicidal efficacy, therefore, the pyrimidinone derivatives can be used as an active ingredient for herbicidal compositions and can be utilized in herbicidal methods, which are also discussed.
