Abstract
The present invention provides an amusement device wherein generally elongated, preferably stretchable member connects a ring at one end and a base a the other end. The ring is adapted to fit around an ankle region of a person, and the amusement device is adapted to be twirled about the ankle region, wherein the elongated member varies in length in accordance with the rate at which the device is twirled. The base is adapted to travel along the surface on which the device is being used, and carries a marker adapted to contact the surface, marking the surface as the base travels.
