Abstract
The invention relates to compounds of the formula I ##STR1## and to pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, Q, X, Y and Z are as defined herein. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds of formula I, methods of using said compounds of formula I in the treatment of infections, and methods of preparing said compounds of formula I.
