Abstract
Process for reacting fluorine-substituted heterocycles with amines in the presence of phase transfer catalysts The reaction of an amino compound with a fluorine-substituted triazine or pyrimidine group is carried out in the presence of a phase transfer catalyst, preferably of the formula (4a), (4b) or (4c) ##STR1## where R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 are identical or different and are each alkyl having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms which may be substituted by phenyl, or are phenyl.
