Abstract
A device for precision lifting and positioning of test pieces is provided. he device has a rigid connector attachment which moves the application point of a vertical lifting force over the center of gravity of a test piece despite having a lifting attachment point at its far edge. The rear to forward adjustment is provided by a screw which moves the application of the lifting force backward and forward along the axis of a rigid connector.
