Abstract

A vehicle immobilizing device adapted for removable interconnection to a vehicle wheel assembly for temporarily immobilizing the vehicle. The vehicle immobilizing device utilizes an outer arm, an inner arm, an engagement dome, a self-positioning tire stop, and a securing mechanism which in combination provides engagement to the vehicle wheel assembly to prevent unauthorized removal.
