Abstract

An electrophotographic photosensitive member comprising a conductive support, a photosensitive layer and a protective layer containing a setting resin, characterized in that the photosensitive layer contains a resin which has a glass transition point of 170.degree. C. or more. The above image forming apparatus has excellent durability and good image forming properties.
