Abstract

A pressure control valve controlling the temperature and pressure at the outlet side of a heat emitter so as to enable efficient operation by a CO.sub.2 system operating at the super critical region, wherein CO.sub.2 is sealed in a closed space at one side of a diaphragm moving the valve element at a density of approximately 600 kg/m.sup.3, a through member made of a material with a high heat conductivity is provided extending between the inside and outside of the closed space, and step differences are eliminated at the contact surfaces to improve the durability of the diaphragm.
