Abstract
A cleaning blade (11) is formed of a cured urethane composition of a polyisocyanate and a polyol. The cured composition has a crosslinking density of 8.5.times.10.sup.-4 to 11.0.times.10.sup.-4 mol/cm.sup.3 and a tan .delta. peak temperature of not greater than 10.degree. C.
