Abstract

A notepad holder for a message board, including a generally flat base, a first member formed integrally with and extending substantially perpendicular to a first end of the base, and a flexible second member formed integrally with and extending substantially perpendicular to a second end of the base, the second member being opposed to the first member. The first member and the second member are separated by a distance sufficient to enable the base, the first member, and the second member to receive an appropriately sized object therewithin, the object being retained by a flexing between the flexible second member and the first member. In a preferred form, a pad of sheets of paper is retained on said notepad holder by a force applied upon the pad of sheets of paper by a relative flexing of the first member and the flexible second member. The notepad holder also preferably includes a retaining grip formed integrally with the first member, the retaining grip having a substantially 'C' shape for attaching to a fixed member, such as to a similarly shaped frame of a message board.
