Abstract
A method of treatment for diabetic neuropathy using combined administration of a formulation including as an active ingredient a prostaglandin I derivative, especially a prostaglandin I.sub.2 derivative with an anti-diabetic agent is applied to hypofunction of motor nerve and sensory nerve to which conventional anti-diabetic agents do not provide sufficient treatments, with nerve conduction velocities improved.
