Abstract

The invention relates to a high-molecular-weight reactor blend comprising a high-molecular weight polypropylene and a high-molecular weight ethylene-propylene copolymer and having an ethylene content in the range from 0.1 to 2% by weight based on the total amount of blend, a melt flow index MFR (230/5) of .ltoreq.5 dg/min and a molecular weight distribution M.sub.w /M.sub.n in the range from 6 to 20.
