Abstract

A terpene-free hard surface cleaning composition containing: (a) a nonionic surfactant; (b) an anionic surfactant; (c) a primary solvent consisting of a C.sub.6 -C.sub.14 methyl ester; (d) a short-chain cosurfactant; and (e) water, all weights being based on the total weight of the composition.
