Abstract
A latching member has a flange provided so as to extend along the inner face of an electric wire cover. This flange shields a space between an edge of a cut away of the cover and the external peripheral face of the latching member, thereby ensuring that the interior of the cover does not open out directly towards the exterior. Due to this, water is prevented from entering the interior of the electric wire cover.
