Abstract
The invention relates to o-hydroxyphenyl-s-triazines of formula ##STR1## wherein at least one of Y and Z are C.sub.1 -C.sub.18 alkoxy The compounds are suitable for use as UV stabilisers for the photochemical and thermal stabilisation of polyester fibre materials and as stabilisers for organic ploymers.
