Abstract
A fly fishing rod and reel holder constructed to completely enclose a fly fishing reel and fly fishing rod handle comprising a container, the container being preferably 'P' shaped, the container having a hollow interior compartment for the insertion therein of a fly fishing reel and fly fishing rod handle, the hollow interior having padding strips locatable therein, the container having a pivotably closable cover, the container being fixedly mounted to a supporting spike, the spike having a sharpened end for insertion into soil or like material.
