Abstract
This invention relates to novel optically active 3-substituted methyl-5-methylthio-2,3-dihydroimidazo�1,2-c!quinazoline (I) and 3-substituted methyl-2,3-dihydroimidazo�1,2-c!quinazolin-5(6H)-one (II). This invention also relates to the therapeutical use of these novel compounds ##STR1## wherein: R is halogen, hydrogen, methoxy, trifluoromethyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, nitro, acetyl, cyano or hydroxy group; or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
