Abstract

The derivatives of N,N'-di(aralkyl)-N,N'-di(carboxyalkyl) alkylene di- or triamine and N-(aralkyl)-N'-(carboxyalkyl)-N'N'-di(carboxyalkyl) alkylene di- or triamine of the formula: ##STR1## and the salts and metallic complexes thereof are disclosed. Use in pharmaceutical or cosmetic compositions used to protect the organism from oxidizing stress situations linked to certain pathological states.
