Abstract

An oil-in-water emulsion with oil globules with a mean size of no greater than 150 nm, comprising an amphiphilic lipid phase comprising at least one nonionic amphiphilic lipid which is liquid at an ambient temperature of less than 45.degree. C., at least one oil and at least one aminated silicone, as well as to its uses in the cosmetic or dermopharmaceutical field.
