Abstract
Compounds of the formula (I) and salts thereof ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 to R.sup.9, X, Y n and m are as defined in the claim 1 are suitable as herbicides and plant growth regulators. They can be prepared by a process as defined in claim 6, by way of in some cases novel intermediates of the formula (IV) ##STR2##
