Abstract

A thermoplastic resin composite having a chlorinated polyethylene elastomer composition combined to a hard thermoplastic resin (hereinafter referred to simply as a hard resin) having a flexural modulus of at least 1,000 kg/cm.sup.2 as measured in accordance with JIS K7203, wherein the chlorinated polyethylene elastomer composition comprises, as main components, 100 parts by weight of a crystalline chlorinated polyethylene having a degree of chlorination of from 20 to 45 wt % and a quantity of heat for crystal fusion of from 5 to 35 cal/g, and from 5 to 200 parts by weight of a plasticizer.
