Abstract

Disclosed are cyanoacrylte compositions comprising a compatible antimicrobial agent and, in particular, a compatible iodine coning antimicrobial agent. These compositions provide for in situ formation of an antimicrobial polymeric cyanoacryate film on mammalian skin.
