Abstract
A polyisocyanate prepolymer composition which comprises the reaction product of a) diphenylmethane diisocyanate composition and b) an active hydrogen containing compound having a number average molecular weight of at least about 2000 wherein the reaction is carried out in the presence of a diluent capable of maintaining the average viscosity of the resulting prepolymer below about 500 cps at 25.degree. C. The prepolymer may be reacted with a resin composition to prepare soft elastomers.
