Abstract

The compositions described herein are hard surface cleaning compositions which are viscous but at the same time easy to rinse. Such compositions are formulated by using (a) a linear C6-C16 alcohol and/or linear alkoxylated C6-C16 alcohol, (b) a hydrotropic solvent and (c) an anionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of linear and branched alkyl sulfate, linear and branched alkyl sulfonate and mixtures thereof.
