Abstract
The present device provides a novel saddle for a bicycle, which eliminates the risk of pain caused by oppression of the regions near the hip or the perineal regions, and ensures an agreeable riding. The front sides of the saddle has a shape projecting forward in the traveling direction of the bicycle from the front center portion, and at least the saddle displacement member including the projecting front sides is displaceable relative to the bicycle main body. The body weight of the bicycle rider can therefore be supported in a dispersed state over a wide range of the hip and the femoral regions. The hip, particularly the regions near the coccyx are not locally oppressed seriously.
