Abstract

According to the present invention, there are provided immunosuppressive-activity potentiating compositions which comprise a phosphoric acid diester compound represented by the following formula �I!: ##STR1## (R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are the same or different and represent individually a hydrogen atom or methyl group) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt, and the immunosuppressive-activity potentiating compositions can suppress effectively acute rejection after transplantation.
