Abstract
Liquid personal cleansing compositions which comprise a complex coacervate, a lipophilic skin moisturizing agent, a stabilizer, a lathering surfactant and water are disclosed. The complex coacervate comprises particles having a particle size distribution such that at least about 10% by weight of the particles have a diameter of at least about 20 microns. The particles comprising the complex coacervate comprise 1) a polycation having a minimum filtrate with of about 10 grams, and 2) a polyanion. The complex coacervate is essentially free of cross-linking agent.
