Abstract
Disclosed is an ink composition which comprises (a) water, (b) a colorant, and (c) a material of the formula �(F.sub.3 C(F.sub.2 C).sub.n CH.dbd.CHCH.sub.2 OCH(OH)CH.sub.2).sub.2 NCH.sub.2 COO.sup.- !�X.sup.+ !, wherein X is a cation and n is an integer of from about 3 to about 20. Also disclosed are processes for preparing the ink composition and ink jet printing processes with the ink composition.
